LG G3 S leaks.

It seems the new cool thing for OEMs to do is release a “mini” version of their flagship phones a couple months after the initial release. LG doesn’t look to be bucking the trend, as a German LG G3 S user manual has leaked, allegedly showing off a “mini” G3.
This supposed G3 S has model number D722V, meaning this is a Vodafone phone. It runs a custom build of Android 4.4.x KitKat, meaning LG has sprinkled its own software goodies atop AOSP — it looks like some features, like the ability to take selfies with gestures, have been carried over.
Apart from all that, nothing else has come about from this leaked user manual. Speculation and rumors have currently pegged the specs of the phone; it will supposedly have a 5-inch 720p display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of ROM, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC, along with an 8MP rear shooter.
Though this LG G3 S user manual curiously doesn’t tell us much, the rumors are piling up and it looks like the device is certainly in the pipeline. The phone will allegedly be released globally, with a special “G3 Beat” moniker for Chinese markets. We’ll bring you any official details as we learn of them.
