Samsung Galaxy S6 announcement on March 2, pre-MWC, says report

When it rains, it pours… and today looks to be a day where Samsung is making most of the headlines (well, until Microsoft’s event happens soon). All of this happening today, we found out that the S6 might not include a Snapdragon processor, could have 4GB of RAM, and would not be waterproof (and neither would its S6 Edge sibling). Usually, when rumors become so many, a launch is around the corner (not that we expected less from Samsung, since the S5 saw the light of day at MWC 2014).
According to a recent report, Samsung is planning to announce the Galaxy S6 at a special, pre-MWC event, happening on March 2. Same report claims that there are several prototypes in place and that the company has not yet made up its mind about which one to consider final. Of course, all of this is just a report, until we see official press invites coming in.
Should this report be spot on, it would be just one day away from the March 1 HTC event, where it is believed that the One M9 will see the light of day.
Stay glued to Pocketnow as we’ll tell you more the minute we hear it.
