Motorola Nexus 6 goes official, the newest stock Android Google phon .

The months of high-spirited anticipation are over, Nexus lovers. After
a rumor was dropped yesterdayby Forbes that stated a new Nexus phone and tablet were to launch today, the phone has gone official: say hello to the Motorola Nexus 6.
First of all, the Nexus 6 really is a full-on phablet. At 5.96 inches, you can’t call this phone anything but a beast – we’re sure that’s a turn-off for many of you, but the trade-off is that a good amount of monster specs can fit into the phone as a result of the size.
Speaking of specs, we’re looking at a 5.96-inch QHD (quad, not quarter) display, a 13MP camera sensor with OIS, a front-facing 2MP sensor (at the moment, Google’s calling the 13MP the front-facer and the 2MP the rear camera, which we’re almost sure is a typo), a 3,220 mAh battery, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, dual front-facing speakers, and more. There’s also support for Motorola’s Turbo Charger, which can give the Moto X six hours of battery with just 15 minutes on the charger – impressive stuff. And just as expected, Android L is present – now confirmed as Android Lollipop
The phone will be available for pre-order beginning later this month. Supported carriers will include AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and US Cellular – no word yet on pricing.
