Some of us praise the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and some of us are still mixed about replacing our computers and tablets for just one device. Still, for the vast majority of the world, this is a very good hybrid product to consider if you’re in need of a balance between work and play. Sadly there is no such thing as a perfect product, and current Surface Pro 3 owners are already voicing an issue with Microsoft directly.
Microsoft support forums are currently packed with users complaining over an issue where their Wi-Fi connection disappears, or in other cases becomes really slow. This issue happens only when the computer returns from sleep mode, and according to the complaints, it doesn’t happen all the time. Some users in the forum also have found some alternate solutions involving a roll-back to previous drivers, though not everybody has found success through this route. The good news is that Microsoft has already acknowledged the problem, and has begun to look into it. Just keep in mind that the company hasn’t been able to replicate the issue, as it is quite rare, and could also be related to a specific batch of units.
Whatever the case may be, you should expect to hear from Microsoft very soon. Are you experiencing this issue? Let us know in the comments.
