New iPhone 6 launch dates.

As we get closer to September, the amount of rumors regarding the future of the iPhone 6 will only get stronger. There’s been a continuous debate over the possible launch of both the 4.7-inch and the 5.5-inch models of the iPhone 6 that are being rumored, some assuming a simultaneous launch, and others a separate one. Today we get some additional rumors from China, some of which are credible, some of which are questionable.
Two separate sources are claiming that the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 will not receive any sapphire display love when launched in September. According to one of these sources, for this to have been possible, Apple would have needed to order enough supplies from Asian sources since June of this year, and that hasn’t really happened. These claims are a little hard to believe considering that Apple has its own facilitiesto get this job done, but since the rumors aren’t specific as to what Apple could be missing, it could be referring to supplies. We’ve already seen enough proof to show that there are sapphire panels in the black market, so we’ll see where this rumor leads.
When it comes to the 5.5-inch iPhone 6, the second source claims that we should expect this device to launch in December, and the report goes as far as to claim that the event will also see the launch of the iWatch at the same time. We can’t recall the last time Apple has had an event in December, but there is a possibility that the company may announce these products along with its new iPads in October, and then launch these by the end of the year.
