Android device mirroring hit chrome cast.

Google’s Chromecast continues to surprise us with the amount of things you can do for the $35 you invest in one. In addition to being able to transfer your consumed content from your Android and iOS devices to your TV, Google continues to evolve the concept with each software update it receives. Just weeks after Google announced that you will be able to mirror your display to your existingChromecast back at Google I/O, the functionality has been pushed to devices today.
This new feature is being dubbed “Cast Screen,” and can be found in the navigation drawer of the Chromecast application. Those of you that own Nexus devices will have the added functionality of finding this feature available in your quick setting menu, without the need of having to launch the Chromecast app.
Just keep in mind that this feature is still in beta, and as such, is only available for select devices:
  • Nexus 4
  • Nexus 5
  • Nexus 7 (2013)
  • Nexus 10
  • Samsung Galaxy S4
  • Samsung Galaxy S4 (Google Play edition)
  • Samsung Galaxy S5
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 3
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 10
  • HTC One M7
  • HTC One M7 (Google Play edition)
  • LG G3
  • LG G2
  • LG G Pro 2
