Foxconn increases man power for the new iPhone.

Reports keep pouring in of Apple preparing for an iPhone launch in September. It’s happened in the last two years, and Apple’s recent preparations to begin manufacturing have also revealed much progress. Obviously Apple just designs and then its partners manufacture, and Foxconn in particular has just taken a gigantic step to get ready.
Foxconn is reportedly hiring as many as 100,000 employees in mainland China to begin production of the iPhone 6. Pegatron is also reported to increase its work-force by 30% in order to satisfy the demands that Apple has for the production of its future mobile products. The report mentions that Foxconn will be building 70% of the smartphones, and Pegatron will be in-charge of the later 30%.
We don’t know if one company will focus on the 5.5-inch model and the other on the 4.7-inch model, or what the arrangement is, but a September launch is quite possible with this timing.
