Apple's Siri expands.

Apple’s new Job posting hints to the company wanting to expand Siri’s capabilities in foreign languages. The posting reads:
Come and join the team that teaches Siri how to understand and speak new languages. We are an extremely diverse and passionate group dedicated to bringing the future of intelligent assistants to the world. We are looking for a highly motivated engineer, expert in foreign languages and with strong software development skills to join our team.
The languages Apple wants to either support or enhance are Norwegian, Turkish, Danish, Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Swedish, Dutch, Thai, and Russian, all of which are currently not supported by Siri. It’s hard to predict if these updates will be specific to iOS 8 as Apple never really mentioned this growth. Hopefully they can have a second look at Spanish while they’re at it.
