While there was no official announcement or unveiling, the Samsung Galaxy S III Neo has popped up on the company’s website for Germany. While, back in April, we’ve already seen a Galaxy S III Neo phone, with model number 9300I, this one is slightly different, with model number 9301I.
Its spec sheet includes a quad-core 1.4GHz processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 4.8-inch HD display, and an eight megapixel main camera paired with a 1.9MP webcam. It also runs the latest version of Android, namely 4.4 KitKat, but, other than that, this Galaxy S III Neo looks just like its 2012 sibling.
The phone is not available for purchase just yet, but we’re expecting official wording from Samsung, regarding either regional, or worldwide availability.
