Nokia had also handed out some awesome Developer Units at the MWC 2014 Barcelona launch, they had previously described that the Nokia Xseries was all forked android made only to serve the Microsoft’s strategy. They should have seen this coming, after all this is Android. The Nokia X was bypassed using the Frameroot App, and due to this the ability to add new apps to the system has beeen restored – this means Google Developer’s own G-Apps.
Now anyone can have these Google Services via this Root Nokia X method. Even if no one had intended for you to do this initially. This was so easy because the standard application framework was left intact, despite massive shedding of the OS. Apps are apps of course, and you can easily side load almost 75% of the apps by checking the “Unknown Sources” in the Settings Menu and manually install the apk’s you wish to install.
