Samsung Galaxy K Zoom Gone Official.

We knew to expect a Samsung Galaxy S5 Zoom, and here it is, just that it’s called Galaxy K zoom, as the previous rumors and leaks implied. It is a natural follow-up to last year’s S4 Zoom, and for those of you who missed our coverage, the concept is simple: a camera able to make phone calls. And, since we’re focusing on photography mainly, the Samsung Galaxy K zoom packs a 20.7-megapixel backside illuminated sensor, Xenon flash, optical image stabilization, and 10x optical zoom with the help of expandable/retractable lens.
The smartphone part includes a 4.8-inch 720p display, a hexa-core processor (comprised of a 1.3GHz quad-core and a 1.7GHz dual-core CPU), 2GB of RAM, 8GB of storage (expandable via microSD), 2430mAh battery, Android 4.4 KitKat, and the usual suspects, which you can identify in the slide below.
There is no word, at the moment, concerning pricing and availability.
